1. Off the plane and through to baggage
Arrivals move quickly. Head for baggage claim and collect everything before you call anyone — it saves a second phone call later.
2. Call us
Once you have your bags, phone the office. During regular business hours we send a driver to collect you. There is no charge for this.
3. The short ride
Our location at 72 Contant is close to the airport, so the drive is brief. If you have a lot of luggage or a large group, mention it on the call so we send something suitable.
4. Paperwork and keys
Bring the driver's licence and the card you booked with — the names need to match. Any additional drivers should be with you. This is also the moment to ask whether your vehicle is approved for the St. John car ferry, if that is in your plans.
If you are landing late
After-hours airport pickup can be arranged in advance for an additional charge. Contact the office once your reservation is made so we know when to expect you. If your flight is delayed en route, call or email as soon as you know — arrangements outside business hours need to be set up in advance rather than on arrival.
A note on timing
Give yourself a little margin on the return leg. The drive back to the airport is short, but island traffic and a busy fuel station can eat twenty minutes you were not planning on.
