Sharing
We share personal information with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, email delivery provider and, where applicable, our messaging provider. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
We may disclose information where required by law, legal process or a lawful request from public authorities, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses cookies for essential functions such as session security and form protection. If analytics are enabled, additional cookies may be set to measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent forms from working.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, hashed staff passwords and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep reservation and enquiry records for as long as needed to operate the business, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.
